Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with account managers/delivery drivers to develop and execute visual merchandising plans. 
• Execute planograms to ensure proper product placement and presentation. 
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure all product is properly rotated.
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement promotional strategies. 

SKILLS:

• Experience in training development and delivery. 
• Knowledge of store management principles and practices. 
• Familiarity with planogram implementation. 
• Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail.
